Training and Consultancy
Training and consultancy packages can be developed specifically to meet the needs of your organisation. These can be designed to respond to a particular issue, or you can choose from our standardised menu of training. Consultancy packages are developed to meet the unique needs of your organisation and may focus on strategic planning, organisational culture, or more specific interventions such as performing a Trauma-Informed audit of your system and providing recommendations on how to embed Trauma-Informed practice in a meaningful way.
training
All trainings are interactive and evidence-based, and can be adapted to suit specific requirements. We recommend no more than twenty people per training in order to create the ideal learning environment, and maximise opportunities for questions, conversations and sharing. All workshops combine theory, personal reflection and group activities, and aim to deliver a fun and engaging approach to complex topics. Trainings can be delivered in the Northern Rivers region (e.g. Byron Bay, Gold Coast) or onsite at your organisation Australia-wide.
